- Premium Urban Design was founded in Victoria, BC. Since incorporation in 2007 the company's owner has been consulting on Multi-Residential. Commercial and New Home construction. The owner has recently added design to its business and would like to expand the company and, build up its initial client base. In January 15, 2010, full time operation will start on a progressive schedule to meet current market needs for surrounding areas of the island.
